A full immersion experience from evening till dark through Bologna. This is probably the coolest experience out of all. During this 2,5-hours tour our certified sommelier will walk you through the town centre, telling the facts of the Colli Bolognesi area and of the places you'll walk. The experience will move through four different venues, chosen for their excellent selection of local wines, only from the best family-owned wineries of the Region Emilia-Romagna. During the experience you'll have the chance to have a traditional salumi snack and above all to taste four unusual, refreshing local wines, with particular focus on the Colli Bolognesi area. All the wines will be explained, and all of your curiosity satisfied.

The wines I choose are exclusively representative of the region and the quality expressed by small artisan producers, made using only local grapes (Pignoletto, Lambrusco, Albana di Romagna, Negrettino, Sangiovese).
